I had a great 2015 Obstacle course race (OCR) season, culminating in achieving the Spartan Trifecta. Some challenging obstacles, hanging rope climb, rings, lakes, not to mention the Atlas stone carry at the END of the Spartan Beast. Please with performance levels, and the result.
Gearing up for the 2016 season now with the main targets being; completing the Dirty Dozen series, and getting the “medal of honour”. As well as taking on the Nuclear race, and the infamous 119 metre (world record length) monkey bar obstacle!
